These people are fraud. The sales girl will just keep taking and sell you way more than what you need and you will not be able to take care of them .... just buy waht you want and leave. If you need a pet which is not available they will pretend to work very hard to get though it will be Easley available in city and then of course overcharge you. There rates are not at all wholesale. Well they sold me sickly birds who died in a week and infected others as well ... They will give you Googlepay number... just dont pay in this number.... you will pay, it will be debited form your account but they will say it's not been received. It's a filthy shop ... most pets are already infected and always on high dose of antibiotics ... once you get them they will not survive long. Overall it's a bad business.

Aquarium is quite fine and they also manage to provide some good aquarium stuff but somtime fish quality is not that much good and they only survive for few weeks so make sure before taking it. Rest everything is fine you can go for it.

Pathetic.. bad customer service ..unhygienic and a smelly store... Once inside you will feel suffocated with the lack of ventilation and bad smell there If you are a customer better avoid visiting this store as they are not at all interested in guiding or even talking to customers unless you spend a hefty sum of money here. We visited this store over 3 times because the aquarium we bought from them which they first guaranteed was perfect had leakage issues and the saleswoman shina there acted as if it was our own fault. With each visit we spent a good 3-4 hours there as they were APPARENTLY very busy to assist us. Even with everything settled we waited for about 1 hour just to make the payment and to get our bill which they obviously didnt provide In conclusion, I think these guys do not need any new customers as they feel they are very popular and are over the top hence they act arrogantly.

The most genuine person. He has a tremendous knowledge of fish. Also, he tries to understand what customer wants to say. He never tries to sell fish for his own benefit. I didn't have knowledge about fish so he suggested me to buy those varieties of fish which need less care. Thanks for your cooperation sir. May God Bless you!!!!

Awesome collection of fishes. It was my first time buying a fish and the staff was quite helpful in terms of selection and delivery. I was also trained about how to maintain the aquarium. Must Visit!!

If you are beginner don't expect any wholesale deal from this establishment.I have been overcharged and provided incompatible fish which resulted eventually in death of small fishes. This is either deliberate or lack of knowledge. Far better deals at local small shops.

The owner of the shop is good advice he will give you the best advice on how the keep fish and how to have a favourable environment for them very down to earth person with good knowledge he has a good variety of fish at his shop Overall I would suggest this place to one and all regal wholesale world.

Very good place for buying pet supplies. I've bought my fish tank from here and it's wonderful. No issues at all.
