Referral Hospital - Hospital in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

Doctors and nurses are all fine. But the process are long and I don't know why the hospital don't accept Health Card even when a patient is admitted no matter the seriousness of a sickness. Because some operations cost less than how much I have spent. If other empanelled hospitals can bear the expenses I think you should as well because not everyone is from a wealthy background. I also had a bad experience at The garden cafe. You should be polite with your customers and make them understand while taking orders because not everyone is educated like you. I request the serving team at the cafe to be more careful not to make the same mistake that had been done to me in future. I have lost a container that is very precious to me. I want to give more stars but cus of these reasons I have to give only 3.

I had a bad experience yesterday. I was in the hospital for more than 4 hours and after consulting the doctor i went down to buy some medicines and while collecting my medicine from the counter there was one lady taking over the phone i ask her can u do little fast cos i have some other work and she was like oh this much urgent and her face become so horrible and she ask me to pack the medicine by myself, I was like okey fine. Her attitude and rudeness is horrible. I think we should respect our work and give our first priority to the patients. Educate , humbleness, kindness is very important.

A very budget friendly Hospital for common people. Doctors are very approachable, ,supportive and friendly so is their nurses and staff. The only thing i dislike about this hospital is their billing process, half your day will be gone waiting for your token no. The whole billing thing is really a patience testing and lethargic.

Budget Friendly hospital but very poor hospitality...Some Nurses are very rude and neglects the patient and when we try to approach them they start to get annoyed.. Really had a bad experience in the hospital .I pray others don't get the same treatment like us..Billing system is also very bad..serious patient will die waiting for their turn ..

Great hospital, beautiful and spacious campus. The hospital charges are lesser than many private hospitals. I found the staffs to be helpful and kind!

Good behaviour, well maintained every employee are friendly talking, price friendly hospital work process are very slow, average experience,

Doctors and other staff are very good to the patients. they just need to upgrade the hospital.

Thank you so much to all the refferal Doctors for their treatment ,my nephew alive from the death ICU.i pray for the doctors more blessings from above God's wisdom.BUT ONETHING I WANT TO SUGGEST YOU (OWNER) SOME NURSES ARE SO BAD, HOSPITALITY SO BAD.
