Nikos Hospital - Hospital in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

First of all , Reach to the Hospital is a horrible & terrible Road condition . This is not Hospital fault . Insfructucture is good . Lift is Little bit slow . Insurance Support Officer is well professional humble person . Canteen also reasonable price but sometimes little bit chilly hot. Parking Place is very functionality and good space. Doctors' cabin entry procedure is not good for all cabin. Token procedure preferable. But few points , I not giving 5 star rating . Points at below ....... 1. Language Communication is not comfortable for All public. 2. Room bedsheet not replacement timely . This should be do voluntarily from Staff. 3. Soft tone is missing from staff. Not for all staff . 4. Nurse attention is too poor. 5. Not doing few small small complimentary things by nurses . Which is very important for public relationship. 6. This is a totally self service little bit costly hospital. 7. Politeness is missing in few ways .

I had my first child delivered done in this hospital, doctor were good really kind . But I staff were rough and not behaving well . As now I'm back from outside to dimapur I called twice for my scanning appointment and the guy who picks the call keep on saying I can't hear and disconnecting which is really unprofessional. First you should try to learn how to speak to people and secondly your phone needs to be repaired. They don't even know what I'm asking , such a crook he is , instead of sitting and not doing your duty go and sit at home period

The receptionist (girl) is too rude. And Nurse are not well trained. The administration should teach them (nurse) how to behave with the patient. And moreover the nurses who are with the Doctors always give chance to their family member to attend the Doctor. The nurses should know that their family members are not the only patient who came to meet the doctor. They should treat all patient the same way.

The nurses are pathetic. You won't feel like you are visiting in a hospital. I don't know why their nurses are rude to the patient. I wish I could rate 0

Third class hospital. It's too expensive and don't look after patients well. Once it happen to me a ICU, I was seek and nurses was making fun of my sickness and eating shikaar(tobacco). Doctors always in rush for money.

Went for delivery of my child. The doctor's service was good but the nurses attending our overnight stays (we were in D3 for 3 nights) were not professional in their service. The NURSES had the attitude of super specialists Doctors n didn't even properly helped us when we asked of them as this was our first child n we had many doubts.

My experience for the first time in dimapur of this hospital is more than worst, from starting to end nurses are unprofessional, laboratory staffs are rude dont know what test has been written by doctors. Completely unworthy place for critical care.

I don't usually give review on anything but I'm writing here bcoz i really had bad experience in this hospital. Those women in the reception are very rude please give some hospitality training to those women in the reception. Those receptionist have zero manner with lots of attitude
