Excellent place for learning kickboxing , coach Basant is very friendly and approachable. Teaches u from the basics. The gym is well maintained and hygienic. It is equipped with everything one needs to learn kickboxing and to improve their strength/fitness level.

The gym is fantastic. They have standardised powetlifting equipment which you won't find in most gyms around Bangalore and the trainers are very helpful and supportive. My only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning and the gym being a tad small. Otherwise, it's absolutely perfect!

Redcage is an amazing place for workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. I opted for both kickboxing and grid training which is challenging and fun. Trainers Mr. Basanth and Mr. Ashik closely watches and guides if there is any mistakes in posture. Good atmosphere to do workout with good hygiene.. It's a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure. Highly recommended!

I have been going to redcage from few months. It is easily the best gym in the area, reasonably priced and a great workout atmosphere. Special shoutout to Asiq who is a trainer there among other amazing trainers. He is upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The workouts are constantly changing and there's a good, varied range of different options.

The trainers(Ashik, Basanth & Kavith) at Red Cage Gym were highly knowledgeable and experienced. This gym is entirely different from any other gym.There will be group session taken by trainer Ashiq which is very effective and he concentrates you mostly on our posture and muscle.i would recommend this gym for your health and fitness.

Having been a part of Redcage for the past 4 months, I can confidently say that I always feel better and accomplished after every Grid workout session. The instructors a very down to earth and always there for help with a smile on their face. To sum it up, Redcage Gym has completely transformed my fitness journey.
