The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here..They were extremely accommodating.We got to hotel super late and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in. Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
Very clean room/wash room and neatly maintained hotel. Staff was very supportive. Good value for money. Best option to stay in Munnar town. Con : A fan could have provided for better ventilation in the washroom and rooms.
Such a wonderful experience with a luxurious restaurant. The resort is located on a beautiful hilltop with a luxurious look it will feel like a heaven, The views are also great. Also the restaurant is located near to the city therefore no transportation issues. Rooms are super comfort and luxurious. You will definitely enjoy them
We had very good experience here. We were 3 couples and booked 3 rooms. Room size is sufficient and staff is very cordial. They dont have in house restaurant but restaurant in basement is good enough. Location is very good. Highly recommended.
Excellent room for family stay for reasonable price. Safe interior town location, Polite staff , nearby restaurant available. Mr. Albert from red sparrow is best on managing the resort. I'll suggest this place for family stays
There's no hot water available for bath. Raised concerns multiple times but hot water worked for like 5 mins and then it stopped working again. Luckily I was provided with hot water in a bucket. Rooms are not tidy enough. It seems to me that they turn off the water supply at night and early morning. You won't be able to use the washroom from 10 pm till 7pm. I Had to ask them to turn water supply on at night and was not available early in the morning too. I am not sure if this is a 3 star hotel. Please avoid this stay especially if you want to visit places in munnar in the morning.

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
