Please don't waste your money here. receptionist don't know how to talk. trainers are not certified and they don't even know how to do exercise with a right form . Treadmill are horrible with terrible sound. And cycle pedals are broken they don't even repair it poor lighting no place to do CrossFit. no punching bag and no thing to hang your self for some CrossFit if you want to waste your money you can go
