Superb stay at reasonable price. Thanks for providing a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was good. Food was available with some tied up restaurants even at 11pm, was very happy with that. Few suggestions I would like to tell are, washrooms can be little more cleaner. And I would be so happy if the receptionist welcomed with a smile rather than with a diplomatic face. Its not a complaint, just an improvement. Because most visitors are new to the place and a warm welcome will always be appreciated.
Rooms and Toilets are very well maintained.
AC is very old but works.(did the job).
You will get drinking water served without asking. that's the only thing we got without asking.

It is what the it claims to be - budget hotel. It's more of a service apartment. Has air conditioning in the bed rooms. Decent distance from main road. Good if you want to have weekend gathering for big groups e.g. 6-7 people under one roof. The room we stayed at had 2 bed rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen with refrigerator.
As per the cost in Goibibo we are getting, Red carpet residency is nice. It is a little far from the white town. It is well cleaned and spacious. It is a very old property. Staffs are nice. But did not give notification of vacating time. Please take care.
About 2.5km from main bus stand.. Spacious rooms.. Calm place.. AC is running with noise and shows 18'c but no chillness at all.. Heater in bath room but no hot water.. Very less number of plug points that too with defects caused difficulties for mobile charging.. Toilet flush has defects that caused manual flushing..

They have goibibo account so you can search the website from there also the rate is almost same where you can check in a website or else you if you taken through directly is there with their 3 to 4 floors of building.
Distance is located in some what distance from the main road pretty hard to find you can use Google location to reach there.

I can say it was an OK OK experience. Beat part was l, they have there own bike rental options. So I don't have to roam just to find a place for the rent. Room service was not so great. I booked this room via MMT, which includes breakfast, when I ask for breakfast they told there is no such detail. When I showed them the booking then he sent just two coffee. The worst experience was, there is no card payment options bother they accept Paytm so that was not a good deal.
I had a horrible experience at this place.
1) Rooms are dirty.
2) I was supposed to check in on 15th Nov, but we checked in on 16th Nov early morning, I had called them and informed as well. As I reached they told me rooms are not ready and we have to wait till 10 as staff was not ready it was not cleaned.
3)The office staff are rude and just ask to cancel it, if u can't wait,though u keep telling them the booking is non refundable.
