Red And Hot - Fast food restaurant in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

I thought of taking legal or administrative action today against this restaurant because I have been cheated thrice but just want to keep it limited to this review only as the owner is an indigenous......and I don't want to demoralize this owner through cancellation of the outlet's FSSAI licence.. The reason behind, being, cheated thrice is that long ago I had dinner in this very restaurant when it was just few days old and I, personally, found the dinner very delicious and reasonably priced.. So, the name #RedAndHot got inscribed in my heart and brain, and I could remember only the good service they once provided to it's customers (my personal experience) but fail to remember their cheating they had done thrice.. If the owner could read the reviews, I request him to correct himself or somebody someday will take the legal and administrative recourse against his restaurant.. Today they packed a full (repeatedly told) Pork Schezwan Fried Rice in a Half Plate Packaging for 120 INR and said this is what they serve for the price. Also, I might have been cheated with the chicken manchurian because the guy took the order for a half chicken manchurian at 130 INR with 4pc.s boneless chicken while the full chicken manchurian is priced at 150 INR and pricing is similarly described in their menu as Rs. 130/150 and Pork Schezwan Fried Rice was also priced similarly as Rs. 100/120... Next time, if I somehow forget all this and buy food from this restaurant to get cheated by them like today, I will positively ensure the closure of this outlet and make the owner compensate for all this thuggery...

The fry rice and momo are nice but biryani is not soo much good and price is high.

I love this place because:- Rates are reasonable Quality and taste of food is awesome specially chopseys Working staffs behavior's are very good

Momo is good... But One evening i ordered 3 Egg Rolls to be packed so that I could take it home and eat ... But instead of preparing the Rolls they packed Rolls which are made earlier , they re-heat the Rolls, make it warm and packed it to me.. 6-7 minutes later I get to know about it when I opened it. I was a regular customer also but what to do. So cheap mentality...

Red & Hot is a small but decent fast food corner near Rajgarh Petrol Pump called Barnali Service Station at Rajgarh Road, Guwahati in Assam. It serves both seating and take away of Chinese items like chowmin, fried rice, roll, etc. at a reasonable price from Rs 70. The items are tasty to eat.

A really really tiny joint, it is not a place to sit and hang out. More like a takeaway outlet. Had tried the chicken roll here along with a soda. Was really basic in taste is not worth the money. Lots of better eateries around the area to choose from. The service was really really slow as well despite us being the only customers. Not impressed at all.

This was worst biryani I had ever. Quality is totally bad. Taste like Bhat mangkho. worst quality rice not even basmati.

Food portion is good and they server fast but needs to improve total hygiene.
