Rebirth Fitness School - Fitness center in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I joined this gym on March 23, 2023, and initially thought it was good, but over time, the facilities deteriorated, with issues like water logging, leaking AC, and a neglected cold water tap persisting for five to six months. Management problems included attempting to kick people out before closing time, abruptly turning off lights during heavy weightlifting, and shutting down treadmills at 1125, potentially causing injuries. Yesterday, I faced an incident where a staff member insisted my comfortable workout attire violated rules. Despite my request to see these rules, the staff member couldn't find them in the rule book for about six minutes. Eventually, I was denied access to the gym based on the owner's decision, which seemed disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the owner, he arrived, shouted at me, and claimed to be the owner, displaying demeaning behavior. As a result, my membership was terminated. I was already working out and I was called out in between my workout. if there are such rules then you should've not let me inside only but they are very unprofessional. I requested my balance amount back, emphasizing the need for professionalism in managing a gym. I advise others to avoid Rebirth Fitness in Andheri due to its poor facilities, unprofessional management, and disrespectful owner.

Great Gym..not because of the facilities, which offcorse are great, but because of the staff managing the Gym!! They understand that it's the personal touch, and approach to customer satisfaction that makes all the difference. The charges and membership are also really very pocket friendly.. overall , very satisfied! Thanks Team Rebirth...kudos to you! Keep it up!!

It is a very friendly gym, the staff is soo nice and the gym is always neat and tidy. The plus point is that the membership benefits are amazing. One who is new to gym and is looking for a transformation journey must give this gym and the trainers a shot. It will be worthwhile.

The gym has a great ambience with all the equipment's you need to have the perfect workout. It is well maintained and everything is up to date. The washroom has working showers and lockers.
