The company needs to train their sales staff in polite communication and customer service. Even if they have a policy to not show jewellery on video call, they need to learn manners to communicate that. The sales lady asked me drop my ongoing call quite rudely before she shows the jewellery. I don't think I need so much attitude from someone when I am out shopping for a happy occasion. I went there with lots of hope but was thoroughly disappointed.

One of the most iconic Jewelry shop in Pune. Collections are unique and service is very good. They have 4 branches in Pune. One can find exclusive jewelry collection for marriage. Making charges etc are very reasonable.

Good designs but they cheat when it comes to billing. They charge 1% extra for cards. I bought 15 silver coins from them, they charged me 20 rs extra for packing of each and this amount was missing from the bill. This is direct black money they took in cash.

Guys plz don't fall for their talks & offers. Specially this store is really not trustworthy. I give order for 1 mangalsutra. It's earrings were not ready & even after 45 days they couldn't complete my order. All time illogical excuses. They have no trained staff. Software doesn't work properly for diamond billing Specially. I got my advance money back after many efforts. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I was shocked to have such indecent experience in spite of being a regular customer. They bluntly lied and cheated without caring if they are loosing loyal customers because of that. They just became greedy due to increase in price, intentionally delayed the delivery and in spite of paying advance they just increased the final payment. No courtesy of explaining, rather threatening to lose the advance that was paid. Felt like I was dealing with gundas literally. I never expected to have such a fraudulent transaction with them. Beware guys, shouldn't lose hard earned money on such fraudsters.

Excellent Mr Ashish Billing Department Was Very Kind He Explained If I Swipe Card I would Be Loosing 1.25% Unnecessarily . Instead Of That Transferred The Amount Directly To Their Account. Very Cooperative Staff. & Owner Mr.Sanjay Rathod Gave A Special Attention.

Roadside jewelers are better then them. Bought a bangle from here and the diamond came out within 2days. Gave it back to repair the diamond is still missing they just did the soldering part and returned it with the black spot on it plus on top of that they say use it for some time and then change the design you guys really think we are fool to come back. I just went through the reviews many of the customers are complaining about the same thing. The 5star reviews r of their own employees working there. IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES SERIOUSLY.

Worst place. I ordered my Mangalsutra here. Which needed diamond replacement. Asked me to come after a week. It was not fixed/ or poorly fixed and yet another diamond from different part was missing. Still I loved that design so asked them to fix it, as wedding date was getting closer, they told me, it will be home delivered. They never did, I had paid 30,000 advance. Two days before my wedding, I panicked, went to the store to pick up, to find out they never fixed it. Now I wear evern better design from PNG. Thank you Rathod Jewellers, you SUCK!
