Ranthambhore Heritage Haveli - Resort hotel in Sawai Madhopur - Sawai Madhopur, India

We had a stay for 2 nights... On to pros 1. Food variety is good and delicious (we had opted for buffet package) 2. Swimming pool well maintained 3. Paradise Ambience 4. Property is clean and well maintained Cons 1. Room service was not good. Rather on calling multiple times on the reception, there was no reply 2. If you are looking for roadfront hotel, don't opt for it, cause there is no proper road leading to hotel 3. Canter has no pick up point from the hotel 4. The key point of all..... When you stay in the hotel, it feels as if u have asked for free stay and food even after paying good amount. The reason is, more importance is given to the Foreigners. Hospitality based on skin colour.... 5. On ordering a coffee, I could sip it after an hour.

The property is luxurious and maintained pretty well. The rooms are especially big and clean. Food taste is average and not much of options provided in the set buffet menu. Also not much options in the bar menu. No cocktails/mocktails available other than hard liquor. Staff are very courteous and provided a lot of useful info. Also arranged for candle-lit dinner under the stars, which was a plus. Location is a little bit off the track and a bit far from the National Park Gate. However, it may suit nature lovers. A few paid activities are available at the property like spa and stargazing. I am a bit disappointed at the Spa services, since they don't have a proper bath facility (No hot water or shampoo). The swimming pool is good and well maintained. Other than this, they don't have any kid-friendly activity.

First, navigating to the resort. There are 2 ways to get to this resort. One is the narrow winding roads through small villages. If you are driving a sedan, I would suggest this. There is another dirt road shortcut which I wouldn't suggest unless you have an SUV. The roads are not marked and don't show up on Google Maps. About the resort, the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. They accommodated all our food and packaging needs for the next day. One thing to note is the restaurant's portion size is generous. A curry for example can feed a group of 4-5. Since the location is a little remote, not many taxi drivers prefer their guests staying here. But the resort made arrangements for my taxi driver's safe accommodation and food. That is not something guests need to worry about.

Overall, enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, the food was great, and the natural surroundings were absolutely gorgeous! It is a bit inwards from the main gate, but that adds to the country aspect of the place. Staff was courteous and took care of our needs the whole time. For the price they charge, I recommend this place.

Just such a beautiful place. Lovely rooms and excellent service. Very clean and comfortable. Perfectly landscaped and decorated.

Nice building and big rooms. Great food too. limited drinks options (no coktails) outside garden is not lit so you cannot enjoy the beautiful garden in the evening. The dining room is not cosy.

Very good and comfortable rooms spacious with attached toilets and well functioning showers. The hotel staff was very friendly and we had all our meals at the hotel. The entrances are beautiful with lots of flowers and well maintained gardens for relaxing in between safaris! I recommend this place for families, supplies or solo travelers

Rooms where super, Rajwada feel. antique furniture beautiful gardens and landscaping. Food was classic and the services they have given was of top class. I enjoyed the stay.
