I had worst experience working with them. I ordered a dress, had a discussion about the custamization and I sent them my material and laces. She stopped taking my calls after wasting more than one month. And i didnt have anywhere else to go when the d day was 1 month away... she gave number of some male member of family who was so rude and didnt take any accountability of the incident and had very bad attitude. I arranged courier to pickup my stuff from them and they kept him waiting outside. It was one nightmare of experience for me. Luckily i got out of the mess well in time and could order my dress elsewhere, i am glad i didnt get it made from them, they wouldnt have got into detailing and custamization i wanted. Got riddence for me!! If one is into buying the dress already worn by their models and dont have eye for intricacy and of detailing and finishing you can go for them. Otherwise you will regret.

So called Ms. Shaila khan won't even deserve single star as she is faking about drama of social service on social media. I gave order for my Big Day outfit 2 months prior to my marriage date with sketching my outfit idea and was taking update every time calling and she used to say it's under process and even after last few days of marriage no any progress update that time she was busy in touring after giving commitment, she was ignoring my msgs and calls, I was devastated as it was too late for me to give order to any other place only 3 days were left for my marriage then I wrote a big text saying that please reply and then she said I'm preparing now and I'll send fast track courier and she did and the product I received omg it was different from what I ordered and narrated at the end moment she just attached some cloth and delivered it to me with the whole amount I paid, the outfit she sent was not even worth of 3000/- I paid 20000/- to her, when I called and told her it's not as what Ordered she promised me next day she I'll courier me the only kurta which I had asked and as expected liar and fake person, she turned her back and even dint begged her as I know Allah has some plan for her whom all she cheated, karma don't go anywhere so she is a cheater, liar and fraud, guys who are away from her city please think before booking and don't get cheated and hurt.

Wow! Visited for some official work! Amazing art, amazing craft, amazing traditional gharare, chata pati and Rampuri Topi. If you are Looking for traditional dresses for weddings n parties you should go once! Shaila Ji Congratulations for ur efforts n concern about Nawabi Art!

The collection was okay but the behaviour was too bad. Unprofessional and rude. The price was on a little higher side.

The shirt was too lose on me plus out of shape. There was no lining under the salwar. Material wise it's not the best quality I was expecting. So now I have to get that fixed. Plus the bottom was so out of shape on me. I don't know how much it's going to cost me to get it altered. I reached out to the owner about my concerns but she never replied back to me. So I would say bad customer service and bad material. Be careful where you're putting your money on.

It was so challenging for your to complete so many dresses for her & me in a very short time, but I am very much happy and pleased that you not only did but done in very satisfactory approach. The fabric you used for all the dress is fabulous. My friend as well was very surprised that how you managed al the dresses in such a short period in very professional way. I believe that for me no need to search any other place for any type of dress since you are available in my own city Rampur . I would off course refer to my all friends since I am your very satisfied customer. I do hope & pray that in very short period you would be the best designer in Rampur and would shine in fashion business.
