Overall good hotel with very professional and caring staffs in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast included fresh fruits and western selections as well as indian (of course). Servers at the breakfast buffet were very attentive and kind that made the start of the day pleasant. Thank you!
A good hotel with a great location. The service is particularly noteworthy. The staff are very polite and help directly with a smile on their faces. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of dishes. Don't miss the freshly prepared omelette from Imran. A real treat!
As i keep traveling for my official works, i did find Ramee grand as a very good place to stay. Room service & hospitality shown is fantastic. They accomodate the guests very well. Attention given by Mr. Vishal to every guest is appreciated. The rooms , food and service gives a great experience. I would always prefer Ramee as my first choice stay during Pune visit.
It was wonderful stay at Ramee grand hotel , Pune. The place is clean, location is good, service is nice and food is delicious. Specially terrace food was amazing. Only I m not impressed with house keeping service. Hope they improve it. Overall it's v. Good to stay at this place.

The hotel is an upscale hotel in Pune with a very good locality. Stayed there in between 23rd and 25 th of October this year. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The service staff as well as the front desk people were polite and helpful. The breakfast menu was a good one with varieties. I love the ambience of the hotel. Have a pleasant stay there. Restaurant staff like Joyce, Puja( if I recollect the name properly) were very helpful.
Dear Mr. Dogra, I am not sure if you gonna be seeing this again after your reply. Everything at your hotel is great. From the staff, the rooms and the hospitality. You cannot point a finger at any of it. Just 1 request. Please try to cover your car park area / lane used to park cars. I just went walking to see my car and seeing bird drops on the beloved 4 wheels isn't a very good sight to look at. Regards !
Had a very pleasant stay at Ramee Grand, Pune. I loved the staff ( right from the reception, house staff and the staff at breakfast lounge). The food was good and the service excellent. I would especially like to mention chef Imran, Sanjay and Jayesh and of course the lovely girls, who were attentive towards the guest' needs. They made us feel special.. I would also like to mention Avinash and all the staff at the reception who went out of their way to help me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's ideal location, excellent service and good food. Looking forward to visiting this place again.
