Had a great stay at Ramada. The prices were cheaper as the footfall seems to have reduced due to the ongoing metro work. The staff is courteous, the rooms are big, well-designed, with minute attention to detail. The breakfast is also top-notch. Overall a great experience

I stayed at this place for a duration of two days and my overall experience was satisfactory. The furniture and beds seemed a bit outdated, lacking their original luster, but they were still acceptable. The dental and shaving kits were provided upon request and readily available. Additionally, two bottles of complimentary water were provided in the room. There were also complimentary tea and coffee packets along with an electric kettle. However, the breakfast was disappointing and requires improvement with the addition of more items. Sufficient parking is available within the premises, although outside the hotel, the situation is chaotic due to ongoing metro work. To reach the hotel, one has to take a longer route and make a U-turn. In general, the hotel is average but doesn't meet the standards expected from a three-star establishment.

Service was very poor for a hotel of this renown.... Laundry is delivered after one and half days so if u are planning to stay a day, don't give laundry for wash.... Room service menu didn't have half the items listed on it available.... Overall, the management needs a major overhaul

It was a pleasant stay for a week. Staff were supportive. Only issue is to get a Uber/Ola cab from this odd location, cab takes time to reach here.
