Stayed there as part of a conference. Ramada, the name has a certain standard that we expect and that was met here. My room had a nice view of the city. Automatic blinds. Service was good. Breakfast was good. I would recommend their podi idlis.I met a nice lady who made home like filter coffee live. Stay was good.
The location is in the prime area of the city. We went for dinner and the menu was quite good. The taste of the food is really good. The chef gave us a few in-house made chocolate and they were like wow. It's a good gesture for us. Very good place overall.
Dinner buffet was good. Limited palette, but dishes were tasting good. Ambience is good. Reviewing for dinner outing and not for stay.
Mr. Guru and his team always provides wonderful hospitality during all our visits to the restaurant. The chefs are ultimate providing delicious foods satisfying our taste buds. Appreciate entire team and keep up your excellence.
Worst experience! Could not sleep till 12.45 am. They have a bar which hosts people on Friday Saturday and Sunday, the music from the bar was loud, noisy and very disturbing. Complaints to the hotel manager was of no use. If you can't sleep, what is the point of staying is a hotel. I would have had better sleep on a roadside platform. Will NEVER stay in this place again.
Excellent location. New property, ambience, meeting rooms, service, food taste and quality are really good. Parking space is less. Compared to other similar star hotels this is a bit small. Haven't stayed there so can't comment on that.
