Doctor is very very nice there, Dr. Kavita Kapadia is very friendly and down to earth and treats very well. But front line nurses on reception are one of the worst. They always talk very very rudely, they never talk in a good manner, very much disappointed with their behaviour everytime, just hate to visit that place but I do visit that place only because of Dr. Kavita Ma'am, she is awesome.

I waited for 3.5 hours for ultrasound despite of appointment and I asked 1 simple question to Dr Kairavi Desai and she behaved extremely rudely and insensitivity. I would give less than 1 star to her as a doctor. Even if you want to show Vipul Kapdiya don't see Dr Kairavi. She is the most arrogant, insensitive and rude doctor I have ever seen. Also, Ramaben hospital should improve the hygiene, the restrooms didn't have handwash or sanitizer, lots of urine samples were left open in the restroom which expectant mothers use. I won't be surprised if someone gets infection from visiting the clinic located in Fountain plaza, Fuwara, Navsari. They should give slot wise appointment to avoid hours long waiting times, it was very unpleasant and inconvenient that we have to spend 3.5 -4 hours waiting for 10 minutes with the doctor.

I still remember the day when I was admitted to your hospital for MY FIBROID SURGERY . It was one of the toughest times of my life. Your personal attention and kindness helped me overcome my fears about surgery. Thanks for your support Dr. Vipul sir

Good Atmosphere at OPD department... Main positive point that u will get ALL facility in same area like Counseling Room, LabTest , USG sonography, Medical Store, Waiting Area.. 3gynec available. 2Male Dr Vipul n Vaibhav Sir n 1female Dr Kavita mam.. so convenient for patient to decide whom to we counsult.. USG done by most probably dr kavita maam....

EXcellent Team Work by Ramaben hospital. Pregnancy is faithful and trust journey.the journey had ups and down, but it was very well handled smoothly in professional manner. O.P.D staff are excellent..Pritiben is amazing to communicate and had been always kind to US. Wife and we had 5 days stay in hopsital ..excellent hygeine, team work, very kind Very active and knowlegable associate doctors Dr.Margi and Dr.sharvari Excellent nursing staff, always on toes..very helping and kind very well explained all the query by doctors and Nurses. Kudos to the Dr.Vipul, Dr.Vaibhav, Dr.Kavita, and Dr.Kairavi. Overall happy , obliged and blessed that we choose Ramaben hospital to cure secondary infertility and blessed with baby Girl..

Not attend in emergency with reason that you have already concern to another doctor. No humanity They don't deserve to be.....

Opd area is ok ok but the staff are very bad behaviour with us and they show that patient had Very bad pain but they can't help us almost we spend our 5 hours there but not get good result . Bed hospital

only doing c section , very bad experience .not a single star deserve. wait for too long to visit doctor's cabin, no facilities in hospital and full of mosquitos not proper guide after post pregnancy doctor has no time hardly give 1 to 2 mint for consultation and when you talk the other patient is waiting in front of you and one patient is in checking room so you have to rush like you are in race.worst experience after post pregnancy never recommends
