Very bad experience with this place. Bought one diamond set and engagement rings. First in one ring they took almost 20 days first they forgot to get the size made then again they took time. Then in engagement ring ordered diamond ring part of which was not ready. Their after sales service is pathetic. Staff is totally confused will get ur precious time wasted. Very very bad experience not a worthy place to go

Poor service. Crowded like hell. They are cheating customers. Instead of giving proper bill they force ppl to take kaccha bill without paying gst by paying only in cash. Not recommended place to shop gold.

I am a very old customer of this shop. I live 325 kilometers away from here. I come here to buy special jewelery but this time I felt very sad going here. I bought a diamond ring from here about 6 months ago, that too a certified diamond. Salesman was told that the value of a certified diamond keeps increasing in dollar terms. Suddenly I needed some money, so I thought of sale this ring because the value of the dollar had increased more than before. I was very shocked after going to their shop, they reduced the total value of my ring by 30%. Now I will never go here again to buy jewellery.

It was really a superb experience with Rama Krishna jewellery even met with Mrs. Pooja Kalsi and the way she helped on purchasing the product it was nice and helpful , good crowd over there on daily basis just a feedback about billing was too delayed must have a look into it and might be change so that our time can be saved. I came to purchase gold from Ramakrishna today and it was our very first visit to the store. It was really crowded but the way HR -Ruhi helped us and managed is really appreciable. Great management skills and customer handling.
