I booked a room in this hotel and the sheets were untidy. The premises were very dirty. There is no facility in the room. No proper lights, no drinking water. Even in the bathroom I felt current on the tap when I turned it on for taking bath. This could be life taking. I would not recommend this hotel.
Rooms are really in very bad condition no proper lights. Bedsheets were very dirty. No rugs were provided. Even we asked to change the room but he denied to change it saying all rooms are booked. AC not working . water will just stop at 12pm. Only good about this hotel is it's location

The most pathetic experience I've had in my entire travelling experience of 10+ years. The room was stinking during checkin. Waste was collected and stacked at the entrance. No bedsheets, no blanket, no soap provided at checkin. The manager, Mani took cash and then eloped the hotel and we were left without any help at midnight post checkin. The linen was soiled and there was hair and spot marks all over the bed. We tried reaching Mani multiple times but there was no response (obviously intentional). Never book this place. Never. And yeah, there is no place to park as well.
Well this hotel doesn't even deserve one star, because it fails on every field in hospitality. Never ever dream to book this in any case. We booked this hotel and the rooms were in such a pathetic condition that we moved away even after paying the full amount. We booked this hotel for 2 nights but as soon as I entered, there was no point in staying at such a dirty smelly pathetic room.
I went to Pondycherry and stayed here with my 3 other friends. We went to this hotel and were shown a room (with a balcony) for 3 with an extra matress at a rate which was a bit higher than the normal rates over there, but we still agreed and payed the amount. The room that we were shown and promised was getting prepared (some electric work was going on) and we were informed that it will be ready in not more than an hour, and were asked to freshen up in another room in the meantime. We agreed to that as well. But then after almost around 2 hours (while preparing to shift to the other room and explore the city), we were informed that the room couldn't get prepared and it won't even be ready later on, and were offered an even smaller room with no balcony. So we asked for another room similar to the one that we were promised, which they denied saying that we don't have a similar vacant room. So we politely asked for a refund so that we could move on and get some other room. The hotel staff then started shouting at us, and even abused us. We even asked them to deduct some 15-20% of money from the total payment that we had made, but they refused that as well. They then started abusing again and we had to go ahead with the smaller room with no balcony, as we were threatened of the local goons and forced to do so. This does not end here. While checking out next day, we were even asked to pay fine for messing up the room and leaving it dirty. We spoke to almost everyone from the hotel staff including the owner (over the phone), and almost all of them were so rude, they had not manners and didn't know how to treat customers. Even the room service was bad, they didn't even provide the extra bedding and blankets that were promised earlier. 4 of us adjusted on a king size and a single bed, with just double size blanket.
Overall a good stay for all. Peaceful & safety too , but the receptionist was not good , he was little rude . If you are planning to visit this place book the rooms in 3rd floor only. Rest of the two floor rooms are very strange & not worthy. Other- than that it was a good stay - they will also assist you to get a rental bike from their. Its ok budgeted stay
