This is just a suspension cable bridge for Crossing the river from one side to another. It definitely looks good and you can visit it when you go to visit Ganga. You do get some awesome views from this bridge along with soothing cool breezes.

Good place for visit. Nice View of Ganga River. Around 3 Km from ISBT Risikesh, Come here to visit after Janki Jula and Triveni ghat. Then You go for Laxman Jula. Here River Rifting and Tant Stay also available. There is Clean and cold water of Gangaji, towards upper side. Must visit place for spirituality and peace

At the Holy maa Gange river bank this floating bridge situated in Divine Rishikesh. First is Janki jhula second and in the middle is Ram jhula 3rd and last is Laxman jhula which is still reconstructing. Just go on this awesome devotational , believe me it will be your wow experience if you are even a bit spiritual

Awesome place for visiting. Fresh air Clean Ganga Ji river and vibes you never forget

Ram Jhula is a more modern version of the Lakshman jhula supposed to have been built by Lakshmana in the Thretha yuga across the Ganga at Rishikesh. On the other side there are Hindu temples, Ashrams / monasteries. There is a temple dedicated to Bharata. The view of the Ganges from the bridge is magnificent. There are several small shops all along the narrow lanes. They sell handicrafts, brass statues of many gods and goddesses and other trinkets of interest to the womenfolk. There are several Rudraksha malas and 'spadika' lingams costing several thousands on sale. However local guides told me many of them are fake. I bought a copper sun, a bracelet with Shiva motifs and magnetic stickers. We travelled by ferry from one bank to the other. Nice, pleasurable trip that had a combo of spirituality and sightseeing.
