Very bad services. No cleaning system in the hospital. Dogs are running in and out. No new equipment and machines. Old methods usage. It might be good for small illness but for serious illness, it is incapable.

Mr Bakshi (Orthopaedic) is very rude doctor. Does not have sense how to talk to people and answer their query. Such a shame we have doctors Like him with very low patience. If you can't patiently understand and talk to your patients then mate you should leave your profession.

Very bad No waiting area in upper floor no fan working dogs are sleep and running no clean very bad services 10 no.ward

They are adhere to follow the process . If patient is in critical situation then they will not prioritise. Nurses are not trained they some time forget to give the medicine or some of the nurse even don't know how to inject the insulin . Some of them inject insulin of wrong place , time . If doctor prescribed 25 - 15 . They follow the written process even though you tell them that already sugar level is 100 if you inject then it will create problem . They don't even listen the patient. No doubt it's govt. Hospital and medical services is free or cheap but if are taking of a patient then you will get fed-up . Whole day asking for this that go for this stamp . Ask doctor to put stamp for insurance form , go to xray room , if they don't come back go Again , then they will ask to to bring the patient in the queue to do the biomatrix for ayushman card registration even though patient is not well then also they want to bring the patient on stature ,wheel chair. I had this pathetic experience while we went to rajindra for heart stent procedure. They wasted 7 days. Then finnally due to more un-required medicine like pain and acidity thier kidney creatine level increased and they don't have kidney specialist. We moved to some private hospital. If you have approach and money go for private hospital. They will charge more ( more than expectations) but they try to save patient with responsibility. Govt hospital just follow the procedure.

Nobody wants to stay at hospital especially when it is not have perfect ambiance, however in case of doctors and staff somewhere they are cooperative and sometimes they are angry because they might be exhausted.May god bless your doctor so he could cure your patient's ailment.

Ranjidra is a Govt hospital in Patiala city, this is very famous and cheap hospital according to me this is best place for medical treatment because in this place there are highly qualified well doctors and nurses. It has proper space for parking your vehicles and in the outside of this hospital there are ambulances services and good medical shops.

Recently my grandmother was admitted in the ICU of this hospital. The staff over there was so rude. Moreover, they monitered bp on the fistula side. We needed help to change position of patient as patient was unconscious but the nursing staff refused to help.
