I always stay in this hotel if I visit Jamshedpur. However feel that they have stopped noticing small issues which are making their customers run away.
Personally i would never stay at such a hotel but it was booked by the other party for marriage. It is located centrally. That's it. The advantage ends at this point. Untrained staff, uncouth and impolite management, below average building, furniture and bathroom fixtures, unclean bedsheets and duvets without clean covers, tea always sent without sugar, late in-room service, not cleaning up after, audacity to not send staff to pick up luggage till the bill is cleared by other party and stopping us from leaving the hotel, no taxi or car service either, the list of shortcomings is endless. We stayed in majboori. If that is not the case , stay at better hotels please and be comfortable.
Best hotel location wise & affordability. Good service delivery & behavior. Food is good too.
Decent accommodation. Toilets are clean but very basic. A good value for money. But needs lot of improvement in terms of room cleanliness and maintenance.

Most of the rooms look old and requires renovation. Bathrooms have drainage design issues and no ventilation which keeps it wet and humid for long.
This hotel is though old but the service and behaviour of the staff's is just superb. They make you feel comfortable and once you stay there....shall definitely make repeat visits. .....value for money. Also the location is also excellent....for working people this is a very good option for lodging and fooding

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms
All good worth for money Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms

Great hotel! Friendly smiles all around. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Jamshedpur. The spice library restaurant was our favourite restaurant in the hotel.
