The worst jewellery for purchasing gold I visited the shop for purchasing gold for my sister's marriage, Initially we agreed on a making charge of 4% and they changed it to 6% when we arrived to pickup the gold. Worst experience ever.. don't go there

These guys are big scam they don't keep their words I don't know how they have these much positive reviews Please don't visit this shop. Totally disappointed

Absolutely no words to express, the collections are fabulous, any individual look for style, variety, latest fashion when they purchase gold.. they are obviously rich with their collections but the most important part is their hospitality I have been to many jewellery within Trivandrum city but first time had a different experience when it comes to the customer hospitality, each and everyone there are really good from the director to the person who serve as with welcome drink. They really treat customers as family and give maximum discounts and comfort. Please keep this attitude and culture always. Look forward to purchase more products in future.

Really bad experience.. The price they account for selling my chain was an utter loss for me.. So i went to another shop and sold it as that was satisfactory.The difference in amount between the two jewellery shops is around 13000 rupees...so rethink before" selling"ornaments in rajakumari.. They even did not give any bill reciept for the selling item..only giving importance to the ornaments "bought" from there.. This is totally unfair

Good place to get small items like ear ring, rings etc. Diamond section is very poor did not have much collection. Customer service was a bit poor because they were confused if we are genuine buyers. I think even a customer ready to buy the product or not, it is really important to treat them well. I was forced to buy item from there since I had a gold chitti.
