I called them 2 days before checking in and they informed me the cost will be 1500 and when I went there to check-in they increased the price to 2000. The room is also not worth it. There is not even a window, it felt like some godown, the exhaust fan made huge noise I guess you could see the video I have uploaded here, there is no blanket and the bed spread, pillow are not cleaned properly. It's totally different from the google photos and website. Wash room was also not clean and water supply gets interrupted often. I had no choice, because of my flight I stayed there.

The hotel was and property owners both are terrible. They just make money out of your urgency to catch flight in early mornings. Rooms, bedsheets, bathroom everything untidy. Better book some 4 star hotels near by. REQUEST NEVER BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL. IF POSSIBLE GO TO AIRPORT EARLY AND STAY THERE.

Never Book This Hotel I have opted for early check in To catch flight in evening... They Denied Room having said Rooms not available, Asked 4 times more what I booked for..If it's Double the money I was ready to pay....They have 3 properties on pallavaran ,They list Low prices on online booking platforms....When u go They simply deny ask more and more......They Take Advantage of Passengers going to Airport To catch their flights Early morning or Late Evening
Worst hotel near airport area. They'll accept your advance booking and sell to someone for better rate. Never recommend to anyone.
Very bad experience ever. Waste of money no facilities. Bathroom bedsheet uncleaned. Mosquitos in room. No water, AC not working properly, unspaced room, we have to call always for water and to on the AC, they give many excuses, literally worst experience ever.
The hotel is a decent place to stay especially those looking for a halt while in transit to the airport (close to the airport). It is not facing the road and hence might be a little difficult to locate. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Wifi and South Indian breakfast is complementary along with a bottle of water. Hotel staff were not that prompt and clean cleaning was not done until requested. Mosquitoes were there. Lastly I suggest you to do an online booking for this hotel as there is quite a difference in rates. Overall experience is average.
