Value for money...rooms were clean.... good service.. location is ok..staff and manager were welcoming..
It's a budget accommodation but the price paid is above expectations..forgot my watch after checkout..and the manager was kind enough to call and inform so one Extra star for Honesty.

Really Nice hotel. I lived here for 20 days. Perfect enclosed rooms so no issues with mosquitoes. However If they keep the rooms with white light, it would be more beneficial for eyes. But still the hotel is very comfortable.
Small suggestion if they get rid of the big cupboard and get a cloth hanger would be a good option.
The hotel is in a gully and it smells horrible! The bedroom was not cleaned after the previous customers left. The rooms were very dusty and it was stinking. The bedspreads had stains. The bathroom was worse than an uncleaned public toilet. The shower didn't work. The place was really unhygienic. There were bugs smashed on the wall. There was no room service what so ever. If there is an emergency, ONLY then you can stay there. It's affordable but not as we expected.
We booked family suite stayed here for 2 days .. nice place to stay with family. If is very near to the main road and most of the site seeing is just 2-4 kms.. enjoyed the stay. I was a bit suspicious reading all the reviews..but didn't face any problem..manager was very good.. highly recommend this place and budget friendly. Go for it..
Very sad that after seeing all hype reviews. Booked a double room AC , and got disappointed with poor maintenance from Raj residency group. I see same message to all good and bad reviews from administrative side. It shows poor response to its customers.
Coming to stay, the room was neatly planed but not maintained in all areas in and out of the rooms by the staff.
AC is full of dust and one AC is not functioning good. It will be the source of Covid and other virus and fungus spread.
I vacated early morning soon due to this .
Coming to bathroom., Shame that the staff spoiled the room. No cleanliness.
No place to place a brush, soaps and so on.. taj residency should percent feel shame . I will not recomd this to my friends if still for such poor maintenance.

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
