This hospital gets good name mainly because of the professionalism and discipline maintained by MD and the Chief doctors. I appreciate wholeheartedly them. Some Admin staff(near cash counter) need to learn manners on how to talk to patient family members . Some duty doctors need more experience and dedication. Nurses were very good in taking care of patient. Cashier and pharmacists were calm and cooperative. Gatekeeper/ security watchman were helpful and very kindhearted. Overall we felt good. In my eyes , this hospital is not money minded. Please continue that. We know Medical is not free service in private hospital. But it is also not a place to exploit people (who already in pain )for money. A private hospital when it becomes famous for normal delivery, it is the real success of a doctor. !!!!!
Dr. G Jayamala Mam exhibited a high level of professionalism and made us feel comfortable throughout the Pregnancy . They took the time to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions, providing clear and detailed explanations. The staff were friendly and efficient. We left the clinic feeling well-informed and confident in their care. Dr. R.Kumaravel sir is very friendly and cleared our doubts regarding our baby with patience. He took good care of our baby after his birth and during subsequent visit . Great thanks to Both the Doctors.
Dr. Kumaravel sir has been so good and taking care of a baby by considering all aspects of their health and giving the best solution for all the concerns. He is very supportive and giving advises at the best and also OP staff vadivel is so helpful and doing great and we can reach out to him at any time for emergency.
I had normal delivery in rainbow hospital.Thanks to Dr.Jayamala mam she is very kind and supportive.we have followed all her instruction throughout our pregnancy journey.During my labour the nursing team in the labour ward was very supportive and encouraging I feel very thankful to them.we have consulted Dr.Kumaravel sir for my son, He have explained everything so politely about health condition of my son as he had mild jaundice.Thank you sir. After few days I have contacted Rainbow clinic for clarifying some doubts regarding my babies health.The OP staff have responded immediately and cleared my doubts.Thanks to them.The housekeeping staffs in the hospital was good.Rainbow hospital is the best. Everbody in the hospital takes care of patients was awesome.
Dr. Jayamala is friendly doctor who cares well. I delivered my both babies in Rainbow hospital. When ever we visit her positive vibes spread over. Dr. Kumaravel is our Peadiatrician, He accurately finds the problem of child and give proper solution without making parents panic.
Had a great experience and excellent service from Rainbow hospital, specifically Dr Selvabharathi mam for her guidance and support for a normal delivery. Dr Kumaravel Sir patientally explains the health of the baby and guides the parents very well . Staffs ,nurses and house keeping were so kind and friendly.
My life change experience i faced here. My greatful thanks to Dr. Jayamala mam who shown me a right path for my 2 children's. I have 2 low birth weight kids . High risk pregnancy. Intitally i was consulting in bangalore manipal but I'm not satisfied with their approach and the way they handled my case.. i personally contacted Dr.Jayamala mam who is a great expert in handling high risk pregnancies. I immediately came to my home town and at last minute by God's grace I met Dr. Jayamala who helped in a last minute and saved my child. She totally analyzed my issues and she explained the situation and at right time she delivered my child. Dr. Kumaravel who took good and safe care to both of my kids who gave real life to both my kids. Both doctors are great listeners and whatever things they will explain us briefly in detail and they r very transparent in their work. All co workers and nurses and everyone in hospital they will give proper instruction and response to our need. All staffs r very kind and soft natured. I never felt any odd experiences here in both of my 2 pregnancies. What ever problems or doubts i have they immediately respond and they will give proper guidance. They never ingore any patients queries. I felt safe and secure by the way they handled my kids. I really thank God who shown me a right place which is safer for my kids.
