This taxi service company is really very good. They have good quality vehicles with very well behaved drivers. Their prices are also very reasonable. I lost my bag in one of the vehicles. this guy cheats the customers... we have booked travel for 3 days in tirupati for a price he asked and once the trip is finished he demanded more money and we denyed and we had a train at 5pm and this guy asked the driver to stop the car couple miles before train station and make a scene , we had no choice but to pay the amount what he asked to get to the train ... . Do not trust this type of travel services. He offers better price but then again he keeps on adding for everything.

My experience want any good or special. First day car was dirty in the backside. Drivers driving was good enough. They were not initiative about anything usually drivers shares information about local area of course Its not compulsory but customary. I had fixed my rates with owner beforehand which included everything. After driver found this out he kept parking very long from traditional parking spots to save money i had to walk barefoot every time in heat and between rocks to find him since phones and shoes are always in car. Every taxi service there adds golden temple into itinerary which i later found out was in vellore at first i thought journey might not be that bad but turns out its single lane highway and there work going on for expansion for most part of it which made out journey horrible i though anyone opting for it. Taxi people add it probably to increase km.owner gave me plan of temples in which i added few temples. Some of them they told us are same only, owner probably wrote them just to show bigger list probably or they just fooled us who knows. what is even funnier that our driver had no idea of the itinerary i gave it to him. There was one specific temple i added was varahswamy temple which i didnt know was inside balaji temple campus neither driver told us after coming outside i found out about it when asked he explained how it is customary to see varahswamy temple first then balaji temple.To be honest i was not happy but i let it go since by this point i had already lost hope from him. He did offer to do it afterwards just because we had missed but it was no point since it would have taken again lot of time which we didn't have. On final day i called driver and he said he will reach in 10 mins usually he had been late every single day but somehow that day he came on time, we were sitting in our hotel room and i expected a simple call from him when he arrives and he just sat there for 15min finally i called asking where are you then he says he is waiting for us. Its small things like this matter in overall experience. Overall i found out customer service & language is the biggest problem in Tirupati. I might sound harsh thats because they charged so much money only to give us service like this.
They give rent on hourly basis ..min 5 hours.seems adhar number is mandatory to avail this service car was in good condition.fuel costs should be bore by customer. I exceeded the travel range limit for which they charged me minimally. pocket friendly cost and smooth service.
