Really good initiative for online food order when you travel by train. You can easily find your choice of menu and select the station as per time of delivery. That's all. The best part is pay on delivery which makes our money to be in safe hands and no option of being cheated. They are delivering on time and they will come to your seat rather asking you to pick it up from platform. All these matters to me as a customer and I am convinced with their customer care service as well. They will comfort you by picking your call and giving you right status of your order. I don't know how you people are manage this bad services across the India... No literally this is my 3rd time, I was ordered food from Rail Restro... And again I am too much dissatisfied with the food which is provided through Railrestro.. You are playing with peoples lives.. the recent incident happened with me I have ordered food from Bhopal Railway station...but the quality of food is truly very bad I have never ate this kind of food .. really not happy with your services and I urge you to not order food with this site..

NEVER ORDER HERE .The worst experience. Stale food was sent and they don even respond to queries about it . They keep stalling and zero customer care . But charge full amount which is much higher than then normal prices . NEVER ORDER HERE Pictures of good hone waste as it was stale

This is what I didn't expect.. I would have rated zero star but here I don't have any choice.... Ordered daal makhani and this what I got.. and this not panner tikka masala so sweet ....

If i could give less than a star or minus rating . Their service might me okay but food sucks and hygiene level even more. I got an iron nail in my food . I literally want to report it but don't know how to proceed.

Very poor quality of food. We have ordered 29 Jain Thali for our group @ 210/- per thali for Prayagraj Junction in Train No. 12801/Purushottam Express on 31st October. We had Jain lunch in train from train's pantry and it was much better then Rail Restro. It seems they are making fools to the people and when I shared my experience they just ignored it, which was very disappointing.

Yesterday I ordered food from train and would be received in solapur..the food wasn't received and the money wasn't refunded..so suggest no one should order it..waste of money. The service is worst.
