Booked it's banquet hall for daughter's first bday. Great food and service. A little improvement needed for waiters to serve proactively. And provide all necessary items on time on precious moments. Our daughter's cake candle was missing and we realised just at the time of cutting and it was a bitter experience. One staff then brought just a matchstick to light without a candle.

good one, it is located at mohali kharar road, it has good view & i was there for a meeting, it was good & overall experience was good. i don't know about room n room service but i think rooms n all will be good if you want to stay. hall facility was good and they have ample space in hall so you can arrange bday party n kitty party n all, eating space is not so big but manageable according to space. anything else you want to know kindly contact with their staff or reception number. thanks n have a great day.....

It was a nice and clean hotel . Receptions were polite and they could talk English very well.

I tried Radius 4-5 months a little hesitant being new. From that day I am the regular customer. The food is so delicious and very well decorated restaurant. Cherry on the cake is their staff from waiter to floor manager to their reception department all are very nice and soft spoken.

Rooms are oke oke Bathroom are not good Leakage was there in bathroom They charge money for water bottles if we order water in room .. as you know water bottles are complimentary.. the main thing ( breakfast ) .. they had just alo prantha and poori in the breakfast menu along with chai and coffe .. prantha'a were oily and aloo sabji was tasteless .. i called a waiter to order fresh prantha .. he said we have this only .. prantha was too oily .. i was hungry i had 2 pieces i ordered coffe .. and coffe was too yukkk .. overall my experience was bad with this hotel .. if u go there first clear everything have a look on bed and bathrooms .. becoz bedsheets were not clea n .. mattress were not good .. I will not book this hotel again Thanks

My experience to Radius hotel is quite satisfactory. Rooms are Okay too but what I like most is food quality and taste. Service is bit slow but they make and serve fresh food so it's worth the wait for the food. There is a bar area too but I quit drinking some time back so not able to ise the area. Location is just beside the airport road so one can easily reach there without any hassle. I've stayed one time only but used the restaurant area multiple time for my team lunch. Each time we visited, we enjoyed our time and tasty time. So overall thumbs up!

We were there for a birthday party. The food was good and service was good as well. There was a minimal amount of delay in food ordered. There were multiple types of order placed from nonveg to veg options including foods with certain modifications like no spice noodles for kids etc. This was handled very well. The staff was also good.
