Once you enter the lobby the reception area is very attractive. Today as we were checking in, they celebrated adavance Deepavali by lighting lamps in the reception area,invited the guests also to light the lamps. It was nice. Rooms are comfortable and service is very good. Food is also delicious. Only drawback is the entrance to the hotel from the highway.
Haven't had a chance to stay here but a frequent visitor of their restaurant and other amenities. Frequently visit this place en route Bangalore. The restaurant and the food options are awesome, good ambience, great facilities and courteous staff. Try the fish and chips and you will not be disappointed.
It was a good experience staying at the Radisson, Salem. Room and service was awesome. Shoutout to Balaji for enabling a smooth check-in and check-out. We had dinner at The Grills by Promenade, it was an amazing experience. Ambience of the place is awesome. The food was delicious (we chose the vegetarian option). The butter that was served with steamed buns was to die for!! It's a must try. Soup was delicious. Chilli grilled pineapple was awesome. Spinach corn cannelloni was simply amazing All the desserts were fantastic!!! My favorite was hot chocolate mud cake with vanilla ice cream. It was yummmmmm......special thanks to Jeneesha, Liju and Meena for making our dining experience great. I would highly recommend this place.
Location was very good right on the Bangalore Salem highway. Rooms were very comfortable. AC working very efficiently. The Mountain view rooms were really good especially during sunrise. Value for money. Service was very efficient. Kudos to all the staff and reception desk..
Great transit stop over on the way to Bangalore ! The restaurant n the bar are really good we stayed in the business class rooms which were a little small with basic amenities! Overall property and the service were great. Looking forward to a better room the next time.
The hotel is conveniently located on the Bangalore Salem Highway. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very accommodating. The staff at the restaurant, Mr. Ayyapan, is very helpful and offers food according to our requests. All in all, this hotel is a great place to stay if you are traveling on this route.

Was driving from Palakkad to Bangalore and this is the perfect pit stop for spending the night. As it's bang on the highway and mid point between the two places. Rooms were comfortable and compact, the service and staff was exceptional. Only drawback is the food which could be better
