Triparna and pritibha from Guest Relations has been very efficient and helpful while checking into the hotel. They are amazing and pleasant. We had to make some last minute changes in our booking. We had great time in 'The great Kebab Factory'. The food is carefully designed and served right to the table. The Chef, Mr. Ghanim Hairat, visited our table and explained the concept very passionately. Very friendly and welcoming staffs. Food tasted very good and perfectly spiced. We are looking forward to visiting again...thank you!

Overall I got a very good experience , their hospitality is really impressive. I would like to thank each and every person, especially the last day hospitality from Chef Tamil and Priya was mind blowing surprise. The Banquets Manager Mr. Sankara was a delight to work with, thanks to his clear communication and supportive attitude. Amazing services especially by Mr. Shibu & Ms. Priya. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. The hotel has a lot of amenities including a swimming pool, a huge restaurant, reception etc. Its location is perfect since we can travel around the area since it's in the city.
