The testing was super unhygienic. They don't even sanitise the instruments with which they do the ultra sound testing within private parts. The ultrasound practitioner needs to be fired immediately. I want to file a case on them but it will be too much of energy wastage.

I had taken appointment at the center at 4.30pm for an MRI. It was confirmed yet despite of being on time, they made us wait till 6.30pm. Without informing us that they have squeezed in another patient who would take much longer to get mri done. The staff at radiance seemed very careless. They should have had the courtesy to inform us so we could either wait or reschedule our date. On asking they were ignorant. My patient was asked to fast, he is diabetic, keeping a patient with multiple health issues waiting fro hours is not a way. This service issue I am facing for the second time. If you'll can't manage your appointments and services properly pls don't not pile up for the sake of revenue.

I called specifically before going there if I can be taken up immediately for MRI and was told that there were no appointments but once I reached there maybe 5 mins later the staff says that I shall be taken up after the previous appointments .. I wish they had communicated this to me in advance ..

They have well trained staffs. The Technician are friendly. Blood sample was taken very smoothly. Doctor who did ultrasound scanning explained us everything for our quires. all the reports are given on time. I highly recommend this diagnostic

This review is for the desk staff . I applaud and truly appreciate their honesty for keeping aside and returning my wallet which I had left behind today morning. Truthfulness and humanity still exists. God bless you all.

Service calls need to be done by the staff. Time is absolutely no concern to the staff. There is no token system and neither any information will be given to you unless you ask You simply have to sit until you are called. And that can be over an hour beyond your appointment time. Waste of time.

I visited Radiance Diagnostics in Margao for a Chest CT on 11/05/2021. My whole time there was only 10 minutes including filling of the firm which was done over a phone call from an outside extension to their reception and the CT scan itself. They're not only quick but also extremely efficient and clean with their work. Directions given by the staff are short and clear and we left very quickly. It is a relief after standing in lines at all other test centres. The centre is beautifully managed and I would highly recommend getting your tests done here. No wonder all the doctors suggest Radiance labs.

Had a Hassle free experience when I visited a few days back..Special mention of Suvarna.He makes you comfortable, very efficient at her work and a Great Human Being...Very Helpfull always...God Bless you all.
