Good resort which is exactly opposite to IIIT college.. well maintained swimming pool.. Food is tasty (Veg). Non veg was okay.

Avoid this place If you are planning only for swimming, the swimming pools tiles are broken with sharp edges and it will cut your foot and will bleed badly. Big swimming pool, heavy crowded place but I saw many people coming out of the pool bleeding including kids.. Rest other things are okay

Nice place for summers. Deep water swimming pool is satisfactry. Restraunt is a little pricy. Note: there is no vehicle to take u back so make sure dat u hav a proper arrangemnt.

Better Only for young couples and bachelors in groups. Overall, good environment, lot of trees and gardens around and a swimming pool can also be enjoyed.

Owner denied taking us on because we booked via Oyo. Said we don't accept OYO guests. They had a big glowing OYO board outside their enclosing. We were waiting outside at 1 o click night and owner denied taking us in. We traveled from Mumbai to Hubli in car, we were tired and such was the behaviour of the owner. Totally selfish. Such hotels should be presented before consumer court and should be shut down by consumer court of India.

Pool is good but, the swimming pool bed is soo rough and has sharp edges. You may cut your foot. We had to leave the pool in the middle of 1 hour time which was 150 rs..! ,Because of the cuts.
