I have been to this gym from the past 3 months... the atmosphere, the training, the guidance, everything here is fantastic!! Coach MAHESH has great experience.... I strongly recommend to join if anyone are looking out for weight loss and strength training!!!

Environment in the Gym is awesome... good equipment.. This is fantastic Gym!! The trainer/coach is super nice and take an intrest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I personally like how he give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body..Its great!! Sharing this after completion of my 3rd month here. U can find the best equipments in every gyms now. But having a trainer with the incredible knowledge and top notch sportsmanship in assigning the exercise and monitoring their fitness and giving wellness plans to the every individuals is smethng else not possible every where. R1 fitness studio having that trainer. Getting the best from him.Thank You.
