We did a minor surgical procedure for my daughter in the hospital as an out patient. When asked for bill they had informed to collect it later . So when following up they gave a lot of excuses and then one day informed that to get a bill I had to pay gst or extra than what we had paid. Such blatant abuse of patient is un heard ,atleast for me .

It would have been nice if google had provided the option to provide zero stars. One of the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. Dr. Aravind Kumar is money minded and always looks for ways to earn money by suggesting unwanted medicines and treatments. Even if the patient gets cured, they threaten you with baseless claims and they prolong the treatment unwantedly. They even give some irrelevant medicines without prescriptions which may be potentially harmful to the patient and aggravate the patients condition. Please take this review seriously and give a second thought before visiting Dr. Aravind Kumar. Cheers!! Stay healthy!!

Highly recommend R R hospital for any type of problems. Doctors are very friendly and helpful. Nurses are taking care of us as their own family members. They are communicating with us in a polite and respectful way. Especially Dr Aravindakumar Sir gives some great advice to youngsters. Personally, he always gives me many advices for my physical health and mental health as well. Very satisfaction with R R hospital services. Recently, my brother has a problem with dry cough and Dr Dhanyan sir treated him. My brother is fine now without any struggles.

I was diagnosed with splenic abscess and was consulted to take IV drips antibiotics to reduce my infection for 5 days.Nurse there took great care of me and my infection started to reduce at the end of the 5th day. I'm very satisfied with the staff and especially Dr. Umayal for her accurate diagnosis and good care. I strongly suggest this hospital to anyone. Now I have confidence that I can kurb the infection and get cured fully. Once again thank you Dr. Umayal and staff.

My wife had a mild cough and cold. When I visited first time, they charged 500 rs for consultation which is extremely high and prescribed medicines worth 500 rs for 3 days. There was mild improvement. When I visited again, Dr Aravind Kumar, charged 500rs for consultation and suggested to take a CT scan worth 6000rs and a blood test at KGS. Extremely shocked by this I visited another hospital and they charged very reasonably and no scan or blood test. Spent just 600rs including medicines and she is recovering very good. So in a nutshell be prepared to spend atleast 5000 to 10000 for a normal cough or a cold if you are visiting RR Nursing Home.

Need to give -5 star rating.Highly disappointed with this place my dad got small external injury in head which leads to lot of swell upto eyes because of the senstive skin. But he is in out of mind so with a fear I take my dad to this place. There is no doctor so I ask the nurse to give first aid first because of bleeding after gave first they suddenly ask us to take scan I didn't understand why my dad Is also struggling so I am also out of mind I don't even has a 1 rupee then I went to scan for brain scan it is 2500 so I asked my frd to bring my card then I paid and took a scan and ask us to collect report after 4 to 5 hour that report center is kgs center near opp to cinipriya theatre madurai. Then my dad came to conscious so I took him to my family doctor she said it is external injury swell is lot so I will give tab for it and she said no need to take scan and all for this. Then I went to this hospital to pay the money for morning first aid suddenly they ask where is patient I said no need to check anything he is normal now tell me how much I need to pay for first aid they called to doctor and that doctor said to collect 500 rs I got shocked and start shouting there for first aid not even consultation with doctor for this 500 is very high unnecessarily scan taken without any proper knowledge with doctor. Then I throw that money and came out when I am going out the nurse who is working there said in report there is small swell in eye so it is good to check with neuro doctor here. Totally money money money. Even normal person will get a problem when someone visits here so if your planning to go this place be ready with 5000-10000 minimum and the next thing wheather you are seeing the doctor or not you have to pay 500 to them. It is not consultation fee let me take that as a first aid fee surely that kgs center will give some money to this place so proper business for one patient. I am not telling don't do business but do it somewhat ethically. You didn't even saw the patient and took upto 3000 mean just I am imagining if the doctor saw the patient then what will happen. Just because that we don't know something that you know don't treat us like fool.
