The ambience is so dull and not clean at all. A bad odour was coming while entering the mall itself. The elevator was not working. Lift was working at one side but while returning it was not working. Overall a very bad experience though the restaurant like De Dana Dan or KFC is good at Deccan Mall but the surrounding ambience is too bad.

Worst experience in my life... Disappointed by the service. Won't run the movie if they don't have more than 6 viewers. No instructions given on the site or anywhere. You travel all the way to hear sorry won't run the show no tickets booked. Waste of time and energy. Do not visit this place.

I visited here searching for Mochi which I visited many years ago, but the layout has perhaps changed. Also, KFC outlet has changed interiors a lot. This food joint also has a separate entrance now, so I did not roam around in the mall extensively.
This mall is in a dilapidated state. It stinks. It has nonworking (or not maintained) escalators. People visit here only for the few good food options.

The staff is very bad and rude i was taking out my car from the basement where i needed to take reverse at a point and there was a pole and table behind me which was touched to my car so i told the worker to plz remove it he replied rudely saying i dont know how to drive and said that my car could go back some more feets behind and the other staff members were laughing and cracking jokes on me instead of removing the table away my car in the end i had to get out of the car and do it myself these ppl cant even gelp others. Plz give low stars to this mall as this needs to be improved as this mall is at a place of pune where so many ppl daily visit so to give them a good expirience and a also to improve the qualit and maintenence of the mall
The place has become very old and needs renovation and maintenance to be done ..there are not much crowd or things to do ..only have few good restaurants like de dhana dhan and bbq ..but i didn't like and the facilities ..lift and everything needs maintenance
