Worst experience in this stay. Please don't book your stay,this stay doesn't have even a fan,light.Even these are okay but water heater is not there this is a major drawback for this price which we book. No water to drink also, no response from the staffs, there are lethargic and rude towards the guest.

Actually I got Room There in Queen of Munnar Hotal on Saturday. Very Good Staff there. They Behave very Well. Good Stay. Online Hot Water was not Available that Time in Morning Time.

Team Leader.. I am conveying my experience. Queens of Munnar is a very bad home stay. I didn't get any service.. no towel, no soap, no water, the room was not clean when I went.. and they gave me a room in another lodge.. no hot water, can't even close the window.. there is no responsible person in that establishment.. A very bad and dirty organization..took 978 rupees from my hand.put me in a lodge for 400 rupees..very bad. I didn't get the room I booked.. I want to get the payment back ok..

This is the worst stay ever. The rooms are unhygienic and walls are dirty. There are no fans, lights and heater are not working. The people who work here are not friendly and do not respond peoperly. They won't even give you drinking water. I do not recommended you stay in this hotel.

very nice room..we booked a six bed room...the service was good...it could have been better...soaps and shampoos were not available...good parking space is available...hot water facility available from morning 5 to 10 only.

This is the worst experience I've had in years of coming to munnar. I strongly suggest anyone else to never try booking this hotel. The rooms are worst and the service is even worse.
