We arrived at the hotel at 5:00 after a long day of travel, and after we had to leave a previously-booked hotel where we had a terrible experience We met Jena at the reception, who was very nice and helpful, and found two rooms for us where we could move in starting at 7:00. The rooms were some of the best we experienced in India, with plenty of space, a balcony, enough storage space, and decently clean bed sheets (the standards for cleanliness of bedsheets is lower in India than what Europeans generally expect, ). The only downside was sporadic hot water in the shower, but it wasn't a big issue. All the staff were very helpful, they even lent me an iron for my shirt for an upcoming event. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with many options and staff helping us pick food, as this was our first day in India. Overall, we really recommend this hotel if you are staying in Pune
The hotel was good, and the rooms were decent. The only issue I noticed was its proximity to a slum area. However, if you walk for 3-5 minutes, you'll reach the main road where you can easily find transportation. The area around the hotel has many food stalls, flower vendors, a small Ganpati temple, and most importantly, a medical shop. The location is great, although the price was a bit high for me, it was acceptable. The room service is also good, and they have a gym, but the most attractive feature is the garden area. The staff members are extremely polite. I highly recommend staying there.
Rooms are nice and clean with all gadgets working normally. The taste of food is good. Special mention of Rakesh Verma who takes utmost care of guests during the breakfast buffet ( dinner I ordered at my room ).
Never book this hotel. They take extra bookings from various sites and during check-in time they give excuses and shift customers to sub standard hotels for the same price. You can't even cancel since check-in time would have crossed and if it's night you will end up in a shabby place.
Staffs are not at all helpful and everyone is treating like they are doing some ehshan to us ..let me tell last time it was a superb experience due to which I have asked my mate to book the same hotel for men but treatment seems like dhaba kind of .... Everyone jumps to answer since yesterday I was looking for senior person to talk but no yet to came and speak with me ..... This is my last visit to this hotel and will highly not going to recommend anyone to book ......thank you....
The food is very tasty.. Rakesh Verma and his team has served breakfast as ordered. The bathroom was little bit congested. But overall stay was very good.
The hotel is very comfortable and good facilities with a good bed for amazing sleep . The in room dining food quality and taste is fabulous can compete with 5 star hotel chefs . The staff is also helpful and polite especially Mr. Rakesh who took take of my breakfast and food very well
