Qaswa Restaurant - Restaurant in Munnar - Idukki, India

Bad service. We sat there for like 10 minutes during lunchtime, half of the tables were empty but no one came to attend, or just give us a menu. Initially we were hesitant to try this restaurant seeing all the negative reviews but went inside anyway. But guess what, those negative reviews were right. This restaurant is sitting beside a famous restaurant which is full during peak hours, if the management wanted they could use this as a good opportunity and could grab the customers from this restaurant who had long waiting time in the alibaba restaurant. Looks like lazy people. Sad, good ambience but very pathetic service.

Very worst restaurant, We waited for an hour there , and yet there was no response from the side, they fed up to the people who came after us, and then justified their apology. The food was very bad and double price , guys please don't go there

The place is 100m from Munnar bus stand towards the Mankulam road. Parking is there as they also have rooms. We had lunch from there. Quality meals and delicious fish curry were served. The service is really good. Pretty happy with the restaurant.

Good ambience and service. The chef was very friendly and was ready to make food as per our needs even though it was not there on the menu. They serve Kerala and Arabic food. The price is also reasonable.

Most ideal place in munnar if you are a billionaire to pay and have one hour to wait for the food

Worst restaurant. Behaviour of the waiter was terrible. Made us wait and attended everyone else except us even though we arrived first. Maybe because we didn't know the local language? Evident partiality. Tourists and people trying for the first time, please AVOID. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
