It's a multiplex at Phoenix mall. Online booking is available through Book my Show, Amazon. Ticket counter is also there. You can book tickets by scanning also.Card payment is also accepted here. Inside the PVR, you will get Food counter, neat and Clean Washroom, drinking water and seating lounge facility. Approximately nine screens are there. Seats are very good, comfortable, properly cleaned. Picture and sound quality is mind blowing. Watched Jurassic Park in 4DX technology. Wonderful experience it is. You can register your complant or raise any issues to Hall authorities.
PVR Cinemas housed inside Trion IT park, (previously Inorbit mall) is a great cinema hall, but not the top notch experience it used to be. We have been here several times and the staff remains great and polite. The scenes outside the movie hall like the lobby, toilets and food stalls are still serving with best quality as earlier. What has downgraded a lot is the movie hall. Some seats are worn out, the movie screen is not what it used to be and the experience of best sound, image and viewing is long gone here. Watched two movies in this year and felt like the projection and audio had issues in between. You can watch the movie yes, but PVR experience will be missing!!
Good movie hall . Decent parking space . It's only movie hall , there is no mall or shopping . Washrooms are good neat and clean . Seats were good and reclining . Hall seemed neat and clean . Well lit for a movie hall . Sound and picture quality is also good . Courteous staff . We were a group of five ppl whose air India flight was delayed . We had one bag each . Staff cordially agreed to store the luggage in their office .

At PVR theatre I always feel very nice because they have a biggest screen and sound quality is very very nice the picture quality is excellent. Besides that the premises of the theatre is very clean and cool. I never get bored in PVR Cinemas because they have everything on perfect place. It's a great place to bring the kids and enjoy the movies not only with this PVR but all PVR in Pune is excellent in my opinion you can visit any PVR Cinemas I will give 10 out of 10.
Good theatre. Sound and picture quality is not that great. They take a hell lot of time in cleaning before the show starts. So our show was supposed to start at 10:15 pm but it started around 10:30pm. Too many ads too. Restrooms are clean. The popcorns were not at all good, they wr soggy. In this mall, only pvr is there as the rest of the place has been converted to office space (Barclays). So there are no restaurants inside the mall. The good thing is dat there is no parking fee ... And has a huge parking space. !!
Once upon a time it was one of best palces in pune to watch movie but seems place soon going to shut so no maintenance of hall. -ve ponits - dirty seats and cusions -no clean hall -floor carpet torn from many places -feels dusty and smelly. -even last row of recliner are revmoed all recliners are up and down just lying there in dirt. +ve - big screen and good sound system -cheap tickets -less crowded place
