We had booked for Pune Darshan private taxi services through Mr. Gaikwad on Sunday 19th February 2023. You had provided us the list of 14 places for visit. We went to see War memorial, Aga Khan Palace, Shaniwar Wada & Dagduseth temple. There we experienced difficulty due to unexpected crowds due to Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti. The driver left us far away from the Shaniwar wada location due to blocked roads. Due to which We went walking to Shaniwar wada and Dagduseth Ganpati and therefore lost lot of time. Then we had to hire an auto rickshaw to reach our taxi parked far away and the rickshaw charged us Rs 200 extra. Thereafter we went to Parvati temple, Raja Dinkar Kelkar museum and finally we proceeded to Rajiv Gandhi zoological park. Instead of 7pm the park was closed at 5 pm. So as promised by you the 14 places, we could visit only half the places. We had to pay the full amount of Rs 2500 even though only half the places were covered. Mr Gaikwad had promised via call that some sort of concession would be provided after raising the complaint on his number on WhatsApp. He insisted on us paying the full amount. However now he fails to respond even after sending repeated messages. This sort of unprofessionalism was not expected.

I spoke to owner and booked cab for Pune darshan. The owner was very nice and helpful and the driver was even very nice and coordinating. Not even a single flaw regarding the pick up time till leaving to our destination. Every thing was very well planned and executed!!!

Pune Darshan Bus booked for my Father & Mother in laws. They Enjoyed very much. Charges for one day trip is of rs 500/- per person. Trip include 15 destination. They told me guide was very nice n helpful. They do not provide meal(like breakfast and lunch). They stop for lunch. My Father in laws says they have a great experience.

The bus drivers Sachin dada and also Satish dada were very helpful and good. Anand gaikwad also arranged the trip pretty well. Overall good team work. Highly recommended.

It costs 500 per ticket. 2 points they will not take you. Rajib Gandhi zoo and snake park they give you 40 min which is no way sufficient. They shall remove it. They have specific lunch stop Navedyam where driver, conductor might get free meal. Time is insufficient and they very well know this. Post lunch they will create chaos among passengers by asking them now it's 4 pm which 2 points out of pending you will choose! That indecision will eat up further 10-15 min. Can be much better managed. Instead of 15 points, it's ok to see 10 points with due time it deserves. Surprisingly you don't have any info available in internet on online / offline booking. Contact no 9075042888for Pune Darshan bus offline booking. They use a TataAC bus with 2X2 seating capacity. Pls take water, food along to save time and if you don't remain hungry.

Reliable person, AC bus, but no guide to describe the importance of places. The address given by the operator for the Departure is from sadhuwaswani chowk, near petrol pump but it creates a lot of confusion as there are two petrol pumps, one is hp other is bp. The correct address is sadhuwaswani statue, bharat petrol pump. The fees for the tour is Rs. 600 excluding the entry fees to the palaces and museum. For Lunch 30-45 minutes the bus halts at the hotel. Each place is specified with a time limit, as per the time given, the tourists have to come back to the bus after sight seeing. If the tourists delay at a particular spot the schedule of visiting other places gets affected. And the given number of sight seeing places gets reduced. Overall the trips are fine. There are a total number of 17 seats in the minibus. The tourists belonging to different states or cities happen to have fun and make friends with each other.
