I saw this gym by accident since I live very nearby it. so i figured why not join it and see how it goes, its been two months since then and i find it to be the best thing I have ever done. The trainer MR. Logan has been very helpful and makes sure to get the best workouts for everyone. I'm very pleased to gym so far. every since they have expanded the gym to have a dedicated crossfit section, it has been a god send. I would definitely recommend it all my friends.

Eventhough the gym is developing it has Pros : 1) Good ambiance !! 2) Enthusiastic and responsive Trainers !! 3) Won't get despaired !! 4) Hydraulic and manual gym equipments !! 5) Gym is non-aggravated !! 6) Clean and tidy !! Cons : 1) Size of gym not convenient for 15 to 25 people who comes at same timings !! 2) Toilet matters... !!
