PTC Software India is a very good software company operating in various IT sectors .Work life balance and culture really sets the company apart from the others.Managers and seniors are really very good and helpful in all aspects.

This is the best place to work. I joined PTC as an intern. When I came to Pune for the 1st time it was my dream to get a job in PTC as they offer a very high salary compared to the other companies. So after completion of the 2nd year of MCA, PTC conducted an aptitude test for all the colleges from Pune and selected almost 180 students. And they asked us to come for a technical interview in the PTC office. Out of 180 they selected 60 students for internship. And I was that one of the Lucky person. PTC takes care of Interns by providing training and giving free lunch. After completion of 1 year of intership they offer me full time employee position and I accepted that offer. Now this depends on your performance + vacant position in the team. So in my case my performance was very good and 2 people from the team left the organisation so they hired me as a fulltime employee. I worked for DW team IT department. The environment and work culture which you get here is very good. Also PTC provides many facilities like personal health insurance, family health insurance which covers your parents, children and spouse plus you get PTC's stocks and applause points which you can use to buy products from e-commerce websites. Also they conduct competitions where you can show your innovative skills your ideas get appreciated here. So this is very good company to start your career. I will always be thankful for what PTC gave to me in the last 4 years.

One of the best places to work. I joined PTC as full-time in 2019 for Mathcad Team. After joining the PTC my all dreams comes to be true.

This seems to be a very good organisation.

Best company to work with. Good work culture. Only problem is location. Always stinky with drainage smell, monsoon season is too bad here, drainage smells all day. Don't know what's the issue with drainage. Nobody is bothered to fix this issue.
