PRUDENT CLINIC - Dental clinic in Pune - Pune, India

I am extremely infuriated by my experience with this clinic. I made the ill-advised decision to purchase hearing aids worth Rs 1.25 lakh from them, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Prior to the purchase, they incessantly hounded me with phone calls, relentlessly pressuring me to buy their hearing aid. However, once I made the foolish decision to proceed, their level of service plummeted drastically. Even after a whole year, I am still unable to hear properly. It is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. This clinic lacks competent audiologists who are capable of properly calibrating the hearing aid. Their ineptitude is evident, and it reflects in their inability to deliver satisfactory results. I am utterly disgusted by their lack of professionalism and commitment to providing quality service. I strongly advise against trusting this clinic with your hearing aid needs. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a reputable establishment that actually values their customers.

Please don't go to the ENT specialist here. His name is Sumeet Bhatti and he will scam you with tests and medicines that cost too much and do absolutely nothing. Sumeet Bhatti is the worst ENT. Better you go to Dr. Oswal's Clinic near Swargate.

Just updated ..Have gone to dr sumit Just for a simple cough and cold they have made my bill of 5 thousand approx. medicine 2500/- tests around 3000/- long list of tests which i think if gone in a normal clinic wouldn't give. Even if you go for treatment please dont do tests here as they are not high class like golwilkar metropolis pathological and charge you the same! Thank you

Excellent Dental doctors. I visited for Scaling / Polishing Dr Aezaj Merchant works for teeth cleaning, scaling and polishing and her Services are excellent. She takes care of the patient, maintains hygiene while working and boost mood before treatment. I recommend and appreciate her Services, Thank you.

Worst experience, she gave apponitment at practo at 9am. When we reached ,it was locked, nor was it rescheduled. The compounder was available and had such frown face , looking at me and my husband ,how can we come at 9am , and straightforward toldus to goback. She was even arguing. worst experience and much unprofessional. If you can't handle app, don't use it and misguide patients .we come by spending hard earned money and spend on fare ..respect the profession. Worst experience..have a compounder who is polite ..at least can be considerate for apology . i have also attached my appointment sheet confirmation along with her display board which mentions 9am-9pm.

Confused about this clinic and treatment. I and my husband visited for couple of issues. The doctor entertained us, listened to our problem and said these are common problem. Many people report this and it has no cure. And in my case, i always feel the wax inside my ear. i wanted to get it cleaned but he said, its not much and doesn't need any treatment. As a conclusion he said that what we are suffering are not diseases. I appreciate that he has not given any unnecessary medicine and at the same time I haven't found any solution to my problem. But the way doctor explained the issue was elaborated and well explained. So I am somewhere in the middle of satisfied and unsatisfied for my treatment. But i believe that doctor has a good knowledge and experience

One of the worst experience I had visiting prudent & this. While taking appointment I clearly said it's for a 6 year old child wax removal. I should have been proactively informed that this clinic doesn't have facility for the same. On visiting the clinic doctor was taken aback on how they are checking with a glass screen, Mike n gloves. Understandable that it's existing since covid era however when normalcy is getting resumed, this clinic still stuck to be in the same not willing to resume normalcy. On asking why can't we get wax cleaned now, I get answers "we are doctors, don't tell us" I am like really No interest in doing so but as a customer I have full right to clarify my ask. Just because you don't have that facility you can't get rude & dictate me the years of experience you carry & how long this way of treatment is ongoing. To an extent doctor crushed the prescription paper & asked his secretary to "throw us out from here" Sincere piece of advise to such so called experienced doctor, earn some modesty & that may get you some respect. Never never visit prudent & the doctor!!!!

Worst service ever. They are doing fraud in terms of services. While selling product they used to told we provide free of service our partner are always there for you, but in reality they don't even support. Best part there are denying from there sales person commitments and said she left her job. Now can't help. Is this a joke, means any body can commit on behalf of them and they are not responsible for that. Best part there manger stop taking calls. Don't go with their discounts it's just a distraction. For any product service is must for the customer and that was missing from there end.
