On day one, she diagnosed the problem well, explained the cause, and implemented the corrective procedure. A very welcoming, comfortable atmosphere at the clinic assures you to be in safe hands. She offered the flexibility with my daily appointments with her, allowing me to plan my therapy schedule considering office commitments. Dr. Pooja is the sweetest and a wonderful knowledgable physiotherapist that catches your pain even if you don't express it. I had approached her with a lower back pain which erupted suddenly, and within a week it was cured by her therapy and exercises given to me. And now to continue she has become our GO TO doc for any sort of pain, which she subsided with just her fun loving and bubbly nature that brings so much positivity around that we all love in the family. I recommend her totally with closed eyes and blind faith.

She is my go to person for all kinds of Physiotherapy and Pillates. I have known her since schools and she is amazing in everything that she does. My mom was going though a lot of muscle pain since a week and was on painkillers but the pain never reduced.
