Owner is a fraud.. so is Oyo... They make u feel like you are a tresspasser, Oyo misleads the customer showing 70-80 percent discounts... But in reality the owner demands as much as 3 times the listed price. They treat paying customers as trash. Service staff are drunk in the morning with liquor bottle flying around. Rooms are in poor condition. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, except good for those people.. for using it, for what is Oyo's USP, you know what mean.

Rooms are good. Service also good but less service people. Only one person manages the whole thing. Location is 5 min walking distance from Main road. No vehicle service in door step. Arranged vehicle by guest house are too costly. Food quality in room service are below average.

Front office receptionist Mr. Deepak behaved badly he asked me extra money 1000 rupees i paid . Service very bad . Bed sheet not changed.please i am not expecting this types of behaviour . OYO please care about your coustomer.

No doubt the room offered was at per the standards of OYO but the services provided were very poor. No coordination between the Manager and the owner. No kitchen. Food was brought from outside and served in polythene bags. The guest house doesn't have any crockery to serve food. TV was waiting for to be charged. No culture for hospitality . The entire amount of rent was charged in advance. The manager was not pleasing at all.Not recommended.

Made many commitments over the call but at reception they didn't keep their word. Bad coordination between the Manager and Owner. TV not working (Recharged very late), food deliverd in room in polythene without any crockery (on asking, broken utensils were given). I felt prices are high for the services provided. Rooms were well painted, bedding was good, washrooms were OK, although water was leaking. Overall, you can surely get some better hotel.

Near to KIIT about 15 minutes walking distance from campus 6. Rooms are good. Clean. AC s are OK. No restaurant facility. However they bring and serve food on demand. Cutlery sets are available with a kitchen also. Staff behaviour is excellent. Book directly at cheaper rates than online. AC rooms about Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500.

rooms are comfortable large and clean. ac geyser wifi working. bed is comfy. cost me around 1100rs for 2 persons. value for money. close to main kiit area. just faced issue with early check-in, had informed them in prior and call them in the morning they asked to come, but when i reached i kept on calling and knocking on the gate but no one responded. have to stand there for more than 1hour. then they opened the gate.

Value for money place, not exceptional but nice one. It is far more distant from main road of kiit & also at the dead end of a road. The road also has another oyo so it is but confusing to find. Good staff, attentive. Room full of mosquitoes, someone had kept the window open, no mosquito repellent was there. The room floor as well as the toilet was not clean.
