Landmark building with car parking. You need to drive very carefully if you are new to this place. Else you may have to travel around.

This tower has a lot of business going on, and I attended an interview in this tower as well. Prince Tower has a sufficient number of lift services, lifts are old but very fast. Lots of parking spaces for cars and bikes, as well as security and maintenance personnel. Pros: Lift services are available at any time. Good parking space for people who work inside this tower. There is also a bus stop near this tower.

Situated in the heart of the city with access to all parts of chennai . Both Central and egmore are nearby well connected to all parts through bus services as well

Worst experience there are lots of mobile phone tower around this hotel. My sleep was disturbed due to headache from mobile phone tower radiation. Not good place to stay if someone has health issues as there is too much radiation of phone tower.

Always parking area looks fully smoking zone very pathetic. People were smoking near no smoking board

A good business tower. Well maintained. Many corporate companies are here making it a business centre.
