This is not under AbS management any more. It is now PWC fitness club with no focus on providing facilities and only aim to collect money. Only two staff one manager and other trainer/receptionist.
You wont get any support.
I am not sure if they are trainer or ABS staffs, but they simply walk or roam in gym. I understand they are not personal trainer hence can not assist anyone specially but at least they can guide if someone is doing wrong exercise or incorrect posture. They remain silent on floor. If someone looking for a gym with a floor trainer, definitely ABS is not the gym for them.
Absolutely pathetic .. no one is interested to sell memberships .. they only have 3 months that also very premium.
This is one of the best gym with very professional staff.
Best thing about this gym is that it is very hygienic and cleanliness is always maintained so as to make sure about the safety of people coming to gym.
Trainers are also very professional and friendly so as to make you comfortable within the gym.
I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to join.
Not very good, many equipments are not available, no floor trainer, no extra activity like yoga corssfit kinda sessions arrange here. Yes if its near to your place its a option but not recommended
I have been a member of this Gym for a long time now, i would like to say that this is the best Gym in the city for all the best in class services may it be equipment, hygiene, well trained trainers and helpful staff. I highly recommend ABS Fitness to everyone. It is worth it.
Being an ABS fan from last 2 years, Finally we left the Gym because of the helplessness. Management is mute over the issues which are being faced by some of the undisciplined members of the gym, but the trainers and management are not addressing it. Though the equipment's are good, but trainers need lot of training to maintain decorum in the gym, brand like ABS deserve the staff with better communication and confidence . Mr. Abhimanyu should look into this.
This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are not only experienced but also professional and I'm one of them it is really amazing journey since I have joined "ABS FITNESS AND WELLNESS CLUB" it has changed my life in and out, members I will definitely suggest you this amazing Fitness Club.
