One of the unprofessional developers. Full of gundas, scammers and illiterates. None of the promises fulfilled. Go and have a look at their ventures, looks like abondoned places, no development, no amenities, even they sell the lands allotted for club house, parks and other utilities. Build quality is one of the worst in the market, roads inside ventures are worst than the roads in jungles. When you try to complaint about any of the issues their response is like rowdies. We are already experiencing this since 7 years. Dont be deceived by the good reviews, they are all their people just to scam public. Not recommended for the people who are professional and looking for investment, so better go with reputed developers other than these scammers.

Few years back I have purchased a plot in pride India's the empire venture at a price of 4000 per sqyds. Now the value is 17000 per sqyds. My plot is registered and I have got LRS approval also. Good company to invest.

Crystal town venture development is very good 70' wide roads I haven't saw any venture leave space for 70 feet roads in hyderabad city.

The company provides a good opportunity to have your own home in the city of Hyderabad. But the plotting done is in the outskirts of Hyderabad with no basic amenities approved by the government. However some facilities are provided by the company which are not sufficient and are only limited up to the colony where plotting has been done by them.

Sales team very supportive and friendly they have suggested us best venture and plot as per our budget they way they are satisfied us on documents is easy to buy property.
