They can work more on how to deal with customers. Wont say it was bad but was not satisfying either. Coming to its food quality, its good n tasty. The cakes are a delight and looks exactly same as the one they show in their catalogue.
I do like the puffs and other snacks they make but today I get really very disappointed with their cake ordering service... It was horrible. The cake which I recieved today was way far than what I ordered to be(it doesn't even look like a cake) also they charge extra for the various design but really it wasn't upto the mark and the price was not reasonable sorry.
if you prefer veg cake(eggless) this is the best shop for that. not much expensive but great taste.
Best thing is that it's pure veg. No dining place.Take away option only. Coffee also available. Fresh aloo patties.
