It took them one whole month to fix the motor of my grinder. Which included many 'come next week' to fix the simple issue of a faulty motor. The staff/ mechanics here have an attitude which even neurosurgeons do not possess. Totally full of themselves, if you are young be ready for a lecture or two, also not to be taken seriously. I have already lodged a complaint with prestige and i urge everyone else to do the same. Avoid this place at all costs unless you are in mood for some rude behavior and snail paced work.
I went with my prestige blender.The staff there gave a long lecture.And assure me call within two days to inform about the status. But got no call even after two weeks .when i went he returned my blender without maintenance again with huge lecture. I have never seen such service in my whole life.And felt bound to write review and worried over my other prestige products.
Service was too good. They called me after one day In one day my induction was repaird Which I liked, The person was too good.
Call several times didn't even respond keep telling me will be calling back in 10 min never called or responded or sent anyone
I am giving one star because they had their work done perfectly and also in time.. but I genuinely felt bad for their behavior. The main guy here was very rude and misbehaving. He insults younger customers like anything. I strongly recommend to change this guy.

The center is hard to locate and its inside a house... But Good behavior and service also repair time is much less than other service centers.
